Hello I am curious if anyone has developed this functionality before or have any recommendations!
I would like to extend the Dashboard Customization App Service functionality but instead of only adding widgets, tabbed pages on dashboards, I would like to add it on all pages including (Login/Public).

Customizable dashboard feature is only designed for the dashboards. If you want to implement it for all your pages you can check current implementation and try to implement it by yourself. Unfortunately we have no documentation about it since it is not what it is designed for. After you investigate the current implementation, if you get any problem you can ask here. We will do our best to help you.
