I have encountered an issue related to tenant specific features [Tenant -> Features] not being updated properly after configured the Redis Cache in project. Currently I am using ANZ Ver 13.1.0.

This problem does not occur in the latest version. You can update your project to the latest versions, ASP .NET Zero v13.4.0 and ASP .NET Boilerplate packages v9.4.2. Or you can update ASP .NET Boilerplate packages to version v9.1.3 or later. Related issue

We understand that upgrading to ASP.NET Zero v13.4.0 or updating ASP.NET Boilerplate packages resolves the issue. However, at the moment, upgrading the project is not feasible for us due to dependencies and stability considerations.
Could you please guide us on how Redis Cache issue can be fixed or mitigated in the current version [ 13.1.0 ] we are using? If there is any patch, configuration change, or workaround available, we would greatly appreciate your suggestions.
Additionally, if you could point us to the root cause of the issue, it would help us evaluate possible fixes on our end.

This issue has already been fixed in the ABP package, so you will need to update the related package. The fix was implemented in the
TenantFeatureCacheItemfile in ABP.In ASP.NET Zero, this file needs to be overridden in order to apply the same change. You can review the fix here: https://github.com/aspnetboilerplate/aspnetboilerplate/pull/6905
