The issue you are facing is a dependency conflict. It's caused by the
AspNetCore.HealthChecks.UIpackage in yourWeb.Coreproject, which requiresMicrosoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Designversion8.0.11There are two alternative ways to resolve this problem:
Alternative 1: Use the

Another method is to manually update the
