  This issue is a known problem with the .NET 10 + IIS Express + Debugging combination. The ArgumentOutOfRangeException and the 0xffffffd6 exit code are caused by an incompatibility that occurs during the debugger attach process.

  Use Kestrel (Recommended)

  Debug the application using Kestrel instead of IIS Express:

  In Visual Studio, change the launch profile to “YourProjectName.Web.Host”, which uses Kestrel.

  If You Must Use IIS Express

  Add the following configuration to the IIS Express profile in launchSettings.json:

    "commandName": "IISExpress",
    "launchBrowser": true,
    "environmentVariables": {
      "ASPNETCORE_ENVIRONMENT": "Development",
      "COMPLUS_ForceENC": "0"

  }
  

  Disable Hot Reload

  In Visual Studio:

  • Go to Tools → Options → Debugging → .NET Hot Reload
  • Disable “Enable Hot Reload and Edit and Continue when debugging”

  Update Visual Studio

  Ensure Visual Studio is updated to the latest version to achieve full compatibility with .NET 10.

  This typically resolves the debugger crash and prevents the ArgumentOutOfRangeException during startup.

  Have you tried running the Host project using Kestrel? Also, have you updated your Visual Studio environment to be compatible with .NET 10? After trying these steps, could you please let us know whether the issue persists?

  At the moment, Power Tools does not fully support React UI. However, support for generating code for React UI via Power Tools will be available in the near future.

  Below I try to generate .NET Angular using powertool Error but code generated

  But I have Valid License

  This problem only happen .net 10 only If i tried .net 9 smooth

  Could you please check the AspNetZeroRadTool/config.json file located under the asp-net-core folder? Does this file exist in your project? If so, please verify whether the LicenseCode value in this file exactly matches the license code used in your project. Additionally, could you please check the appsettings.json file under YourProjectName.Web.Host? The AbpZeroLicenseCode field in this file should be populated and should match your license code as well. After completing these checks, could you please let us know the results?

  Hello there. I have downloaded the new source 15.1.0(latest) Used powertool create one model total visualstudio not responding see the image. When i tab generate normally open cmd tool here won't.

  But i try .net 9 working smooth

  Could you please go to Tools in the top bar of Visual Studio, open Power Tools Extensions, then click About, and select Open Logs?

  In the Logs file that opens, could you check whether there are any error records related to this issue near the bottom of the file and share them with us?

  Additionally, could you let us know the exact version of Visual Studio you are currently using?

  Thank you for sharing the log information. However, the error doesn't appear here; it occurs at a different time in the log data. Does the Power Tools freeze constantly, or is this problem only happening with a specific entity? Could you please share this information with us so we can reproduce this issue?

  Have you tried using the Visual Studio Insiders IDE in your .NET 10 project when using Power Tools? It seems to work more seamlessly with .NET 10.
