Background Workers period Weekly or Monthly #1325

i have seen example MakeInactiveUsersPassiveWorker , basically it runs every five second , or i can change the Timer.Period to get new time in millisecond,

so is background worker suitable for process that should run in weekly or monthly period ? or i should use Background Jobs for weekly or monthly jobs ?

ABP's background workers are very simple. Use hangfire or a similar library for advanced schedules.
