When Enabling LDAP, Multitenancy is disabled, their By now to go to root domain, and is not able to enable Chat. How to enable Chat in LDAP enabled Host.

I assume that you don't need to multitenancy. You can add Chat feature to the Default tenant in the database. Add a new row to the AbpFeatures table like that:
[attachment=0:2zr1ivbo]chat-feature.png[/attachment:2zr1ivbo]
Then you recycle/rebuild the application. Please write again if it does not work so we test it.
