"Unable to find OptionsExtensionClass" #4732

When calling any appservice method we are receiving an "Unable to find OptionsExtensionClass" error in
TrainingSuite.TSuite.EntityFrameworkCore
ChangeDbContextOptionsType
ChangeOptionsType<T>(DbContextOptions options)

Any ideas?
