Do you think we can get this within next 1-2 weeks. I need to make some decision. If you don't then I will assign someone to do this template customization for my project. Please advise

@faisalalam - have you tried un-checking the "Add migration" checkbox? Then make the adjustments, including foreign keys, to your entities. Add a migration manually and then update-database. Refresh the swagger interface and you should be good to go. Sorry if this is not appropriate but this is what I do with the aspnet-core/angular project. Hope this helps, if not I'll try to butt-out in the future!

1 week is a little optimistic, But i don't think it will take more than 2-3 weeks. My personal advice is waiting for us.
By the way, you can't implement this feature in current template system of tool. We are also implementing a better template system.

We've started to work on navigation properties today. We aim to release it in 2 weeks (earlier if possible).
Tool will also generate UI for linking entities.
