rad tools can't load config file. #5302

I install RAD tools but have this error (image). Of course have a licence valid. Week ago work fine. reinstall all and continue error.

    This isn't related to licensing. There are two potential reasons of this error:

    • An asp.net zero based solution is not open in visual studio at the moment.
    • AspNetZeroRadTool/Config.json file doesn't exist.
