When I try to download latest angular and aspnet core 2.1 version 6.0.0 windows defender blocks the download with the following error

We have scanned the downloaded zip file using AVG and Avast and both reported no problem. Could it be related to your PC ?
By the way, I have downloaded ASP.NET Core & Angular 6 .NET Core version (Not merged).

Still getting the problem from windows defender. tried on a second pc same issue.

Are you trying on a company network ? If so, do you have a chance to try outside of the company network ?

I think it's false positive. It had to be some sort of virus signature problem. You can upload AspNetZeroRadTool.dll to Virus Total. You can see similar false-positive issues with other applications.
