  It is defined by ngx-bootstrap, whose version you can check in package.json and/or yarn.lock.

  "ngx-bootstrap": "^3.2.0",
  

  ngx-bootstrap 3.2.0 uses bootstrap 4.2.1 by default: https://github.com/valor-software/ngx-bootstrap/blob/v3.2.0/package.json#L111
