First Run and Access Default Tenant #7497

My porject is .Net Framework and MVC JQuery 7.1 I have not made any changes yet to the source code, just build the porject and run. When I try to access the Default tenant, I get the below screen

To solve this problem, I used Local IIS instead of IIS Express.
