There is a confusion here
What version of .net currently supported by ASP.NET Zero ?
Last week you have released with 4.6 and have downgraded ?
Could one of you please clarify ?
Why there is keep changing it ?

ABP framework supports .NET 4.5.2. (it's downgraded last week since some developers noiced that they can not upgrade to 4.6.1). That's not a problem for .NET 4.6.1 developers.
AspNet Zero template is .NET v4.6.1.
