Mobile App LoadPersistedSession() feature issues #8804

Noticed the LoadPersistedSession() function in Mobile.Shared. It is currently commented out. Trying to use it but having some issues. Was this feature incomplete and abandoned or shoudl it be working if we uncomment the lines?
