Publishing Angular + NET Core (One Solution) from VS to local folder - I get "The command "gulp build" exited with code 9009" #9302

I try a publish to local folder - Angular & NETCore in one solution, from VS. I get the error "The command "gulp build" exited with code 9009"

How could this be fixed?
