The Current .Net SDK does not support targeting .Net Core 2.2 Target .Net Core 2.1 or Lower

I encountered a problem when saving the date in the database, I have to save members' payments a month: the display of the UI page is right, but the backup in the database is not fair yet it is the same variable. When I run the application the first time I have this error. I went to the table and I see AbpUsers a NULL in the id . Is it normal ?
