ABP Commercial looks impressive. Are there any plans to allow current ANZ licenses to use ABP Commercial?

Is there a way to configure the Login as this user to limit the function to specific users for a role?
For example, if there are three roles: Admin, Employee, and User. Allow an Employee role to login into users with the User role but not the Employee and Admin roles.
