There is no way you can run it on that type of project. However, you can follow the suggestion of @BBakerMMC, since there are common code parts.
Currently add-migration and update-database functions are not working on mac. ( v1.5.1 will be released soon and fix this issue)
You can handle them manually for now. It's not different than any other add-migration update-database commands.
I see. Updating visual studio to latest version will probably fix your issue.

15.0+ versions are supported. I am not sure if your issue is personal or common.

Hi, I've just reproduce it. The bug is simple but annoying.
In the header section; primitive properties first, then navigation properties, But in the data section; navigation properties first, then primitive properties.
So re-ordering them should fix this issue. And we have to fix this of course.
I've just tested it again and grid bindings were fine. I couldn't reproduce your issue.
Could you also share the component.html file?
