Is the application compliant with WCAG 2.1 guidelines and at what level? Could I get some document or certificate from you to prove that the application has WCAG 2.1 compliance? Thank you and best regards.

Unfortunately, we don't have such a certificate or document.
Our team worked on this before (see https://github.com/aspnetzero/aspnet-zero-core/issues/4759) but we still have some work to do https://github.com/aspnetzero/aspnet-zero-core/issues/3266
