Can we take the code base of module zero and Boilerplate and make changes in the code base of both according to our needs and use it in our application for commercial use ?

Hi,
Yes, you can download it from Github and directly include into your solution and change freely. But you can not change and sell ABP seperately or you can not publish your custom version of it, just use it in your internal company.
