Upon registering a new user with a fresh install of CORE + Angular latest version you get an error when you try to manually put the password in. It happens when the passwords don't match but it says "Passwords must be at least 3 characters".
If you attempt to fix and continue to type the incorrect / mismatched password it will continue to repeat over and over and if you try to correct it you cannot get past it. See attached.
