Hi, After creating two different tenants : We give "Feature of chatting with other customers" as a package .
But the tenants in this feature can't see different users and add as a friend.
What should we do to activate ? Is this a general problem or there is another option ?

Hi @globalbilgi
A Tenant can't search users of another Tenant. In order to add user of another tenant as a friend, user must write the username with tenancy name.
For example, in order to add admin user of Default tenant as a friend, you must write the username as "Default\admin" (in the format of {TENANCY_NAME{username}}).
