Hi!
Is there any easy way to implement push notifications for browsers on mobile? Will PushManager with a service manager do maybe?

It is already implemented for browsers but not for mobile Xamarin app. You can try to use SignalR with your Mobile app. I'm not sure if it helps but you can check https://montemagno.com/real-time-communication-for-mobile-with-signalr/
