You should call RefreshToken endpoint of TokenAuthController with your refresh token when the access token expires.

There is a feature for notifying end users about new versions of your app, see https://github.com/aspnetzero/aspnet-zero-core/pull/4496. This feature sends a notification to end user and forces user to refresh the page to load latest version of the app.
