I just wanted to ask about the roadmap item for sending mass emails. Is this something that is currently being worked on. We are curious since we will have to develop something like this feature if it is not close to being done. Thanks for the update.

Hi @bdadmin
For 11.3 version, we are working on a mass notification feature. By using this feature, you can choose the notification type as email and send email to selected system users. You can check this feature when it is released (in 2 weeks).
Just note that, this feature will allow you to send emails to users of a specific tenant and it will not provide any feature like "email read", "link clicked in email" etc...
