If subscription has ended, how to renew it, because user is not able to login and tenant goes into inactive state once subscriptionEndDate passed? #11195

If a tenant's subscriptionEndDate has passed and he didn't extend or upgrade his plan before this, that tenant goes into inactive state. They are not be able to login and they also don't get an option to upgrade. Please suggest on how will the tenant renew his/her subscription on their own? Is there a manual intervention needed from backend team? Also is there a grace period setting available for tenants? If yes where.

    This is an interesting problem.
    I'm just offering some thoughts here.

    If you are open to manual intervention in the backend, you could login to the HOST, click on Tenants. Then for the Tenant, click Actions > Edit, and extend their subscription end date, so that they can log back in to renew their subscription. You could also set them in a Trial period if that would help at all.

    I don't think there is a way to force their tenancy to accept user logins, but only allow access to the Renew / Upgrade interface.
