Sub-menu doesn't expand #11246

What is your product version: v11.1.0 What is your product type (Angular or MVC): ASP.NET CORE & Angular What is product framework type: .net core

When I set a theme with a sidebar, then the sub menu works fine, but when I set a theme with the top navigation bar, then the submenu does not expand. Can you please help me in this regard?
