Hi @visility
- "Change Default Language" permisison only prevents users to change system's default language. Users still can change their own language.
- "Visual Settings" permission is also similar. It allows users to access Visual Settings page which allows users to change system or tenant wide theme settings. Even if a user doesn't have this permission, a user can still change the theme only for his/her account.
