.Application.Shared project on <TargetFramework>netstandard2.0</TargetFramework> - any reason for that? #11368

Hi, I want to migrate to 11.4 - just seen that .Application.Shared project is still on <TargetFramework>netstandard2.0</TargetFramework> - is there any reason for that ehy it is not on 6.0?

.Shared projects are used for dtos and enums that are common in the solution. Dotnetstandart is easy going with dotnet and dotnetcore projects. Therefore, we don't need to update.
