How to add permission for dev team members to "Ask question" to asp.net zero #11636

How do I add my developers so that they will be able to write these questions by using the https://support.aspnetzero.com/QA/Questions -> "Ask questions"?

It seems that currently only the user who manages the account (me) can ask these questions, and as I'm not actual developer it is not efficient for me to work as a mediator between my team and you.
