Localization software for xml files #2092

Hi,

Does anyone knows an application we can use to edit localization xml files instead of editing them raw in VS? I was thinking something like the resources UI but it doesn't have to be embedded in VS.

Hi,

We do it in Visual Studio but maybe someone else can offer another tool.
