Sorry, there is no upgrade document for that. You can simply implement changes in this issue <a class="postlink" href="https://github.com/aspnetzero/aspnet-zero-core/issues/106">https://github.com/aspnetzero/aspnet-ze ... issues/106</a> and it should work.
