Bug: can create multiple accounts with the same username #2872

Step to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to swagger/ui/index.html#!/TokenAuth/ApiTokenAuthExternalAuthenticatePost
  2. Fill with prepared parameters
  3. Double click on "Try it out!" button, you will create 2 new accounts with the same information
