Unable to login using AD users #3434

Hi,

I've enabled LDAP authentication in settings and the system already in the same domain as LDAP. However, I was unable to login using AD users.

Is there any more settings/configurations that I missed?

    Hi @dribnuz,

    Do you get any error message or it just does not work without any error ? You can check Logs.txt file to see if any error ocurred.

    By the way, do you use single tenant mode ? Because AD is not enabled in multi tenancy by default.
