JS and CSS minify errors at local as well as while deploying application on Azure #6687

We have configured ASPNZ Core MVC + jQuery application as per your Getting Started instructions and working on it since last couple of weeks. Later we upgraded ASPNZ to it's latest version. After version upgrade it was working well. Recently its giving CSS and JS issues (mostly they are not being minified/generated) while running at local as well as on Azure deployment. It's not consistent issue though. Sometimes it works well and sometimes it don't. As well, when I tried it on another machine, it works well, but not on first one. All the frameworks, extensions, prerequisites are installed properly.

Please let us know the solutions to get it rectified completely.
