Cannot display menus for normal users #7077

Hello support team,

We create normal users. But when login with these normal accounts, we cannot see the menus, even we have set the permission (Dashboard) for the default role (User). For new menu item (Text Tools), the normal user cannot see it either. Please, see attached images and help us fix this issue:

Can you share the code for NavigationProvider and AuthorizationProvider?
