Default I have App in we.MVC project, I want also Admin too I have version the latest ASP.NET Core MVC & jQuery Project ver v7.x
How do I add Add another area?

You can use VS to add a new area, you can refer to the code under the App area and the asp net core documentation. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/mvc/controllers/areas?view=aspnetcore-2.2
