Log4net doesn't work on Azure web app (asp net core + angular - V8.5.0) #8900

Dear Asp.net zero Support,

I deploy application to azure app service => Log is not generate on App_Data/Logs and D:\home\logfiles also. I also reference to issue on link bellow but it do not work.

Does your application work? What I mean is that it works as expected except for problems with logs.
