What's the best possible solution to change colors of this theme (e.g. brand color)?

Hi @Benek,
Easiest way to do this is building Metronic's style files using Metronic source code. You can change base colors in Metronic's scss files and build it. You can download Metronic on https://aspnetzero.com/Download
