It has already been corrected. Indeed, the database was badly migrated with MariaDB in local.

1. dotnet ef migrations add InitialCreate

2. dotnet ef database update

3. dotnet run --project NuboxColombia.Web.Host.csproj

Everything worked correctly. That part well explained in the documentation did not appear
