Hi, I copied content of AbpLanguageTexts from my Development database to Production database. But now my application in production doesn't start anymore, see attachment. What do I do wrong? Regards, Daniel

<cite>OutdoorEd: </cite> I'll follow up on this thread. It is disappointing that the Subscription Features in 4.1 are only being implemented in Net Core/Angular and that no future enhancements will be made for MVC 5. While Net Core is "cutting edge" it is also, just that - out on the edge. With Entity Framework Core still catching up <ins>even Microsoft</ins> isn't telling developers Microsoft to "abandon MVC 5 and only do Core." MVC 5 applications will be around for another ten years at least and it will be <ins>years</ins> before the huge amount of existing MVC 5 apps are ported over to Net Core, if ever. Most shops building enterprise apps are moving to Core slowly and sticking with the reliability of MVC 5 so I think it is a big mistake for Volosoft and for all your customers to ignore future feature updates to MVC 5.

Out of curiosity, how many users have downloaded copies of MVC 5 versus the Core version?

I fully agree with your post!

Hi,

I am using the 'ASP.NET MVC 5.x & Angularjs 1.x' project typeV3.2.0. I am not planning to convert to 'ASP.NET Core & angualar'.

From the release notes it is not clear to me what newer versions would still have relevant code changes for me.

Also, does it still make sence for me to extend subscription, as it seems that recent releases all are more for the ASP.Net Core & Angular?

Regards, Daniel

Hi thanks for your quick response. In the end i've got it working, somehow i got a performance decrease with angular 1.6.x, that caused my kendo widgets not initialized in time as it did before I upgraded, which caused an endless loop.

I've started months ago with v2.1.0. I used KendoUI excensively without any problems using angular directives.

Now I have updated/merged my application to ASP.Net v3.4.0 and all Kendo UI widgets i use work ok, except for one the scheduler widget.

v2.1.0 uses angular 1.5.6, v3.4.0 uses angular 1.6.2

I tried to use angular 1.6.4 (latest stable version), but same problem. Google on angular 1.6.2 and telerik (kendo supplier) didn't give me any answers.

Can i downgrade angular back to 1.5.6 for version v3.4.0 ? I other words are there any specific angular 1.6.2 changes made to v3.4.0 code?

Hi yes I did, but then UserId is null. Anyhow I think i am on the wrong track anyway with what I want to achive. ShutDown() of module is fired on server when webserver is stopped. There is no current user when in the shutdown() method.

Hi, I need access to AbpSession.UserId, in ShutDown() method of module. But sofar can't figure out how to do that. Could you please advice?

Hello, I have purchased asp.netzero, but don't manage to get access to the aspnet-zero-samples. Can you please tell me how to? Regards, Daniel Kuhlmann
