I had already tried all the steps you suggested except for making the path shorter. That is the one thing I did not think of. That has to be it. It is not a coincidence that it is failing only on the longest files names in that folder :) Thank you!

You are right, this is not supported at the moment. Could you create an issue on github.com/aspnetzero/aspnet-zero-core/issues ? We can add this feature for the next Power Tools version.
