I guess it may be a problem with your local build environment or compiler.
However, this warning will not affect the functionality of Zero. If you don't have this warning on other computers, you can ignore it.
I am using VS2017. Very strange, I have not encountered the above warning here.

Yes, you can modify the URL or port in appsettings.production.json depending on the needs of the production environment.
Try to manually execute npm install in the Host directory.
