What is logic behind "ExpiringEdition" in Edition management services? And why Expiring Edition Must Be A Free Edition?

Hi @zdeen
It allows system owner to automatically downgrade tenants to a non-paid edition when a tenant's subscription expires. Think that you offer a Free layer with several features. When a tenant subscribes to a paid edition and doesn't renew the subscription in configured period, this tenant will be moved to "ExpiringEdition" and will continue to use the system.
Of course, this is optional and you don't have to use ExpiringEdition if it doesn't fit into your usecase.
