How to change mertonic theme. #3912

Hi,

Currently, we are using Admin 4 layout - Light Sidebar( aspnetcore angular)

We want to use Admin 3 - Horizontal Menu.

Can you please suggest me a proper way to implement this theme in our application.

Also, Suggest me how to change menu layout using js.
