Is there good tool to use to author help pages like ASP.NET Zero website?

I see md files but I cannot figure out how to generate html files?

We are using this tool to convert from md to html <a class="postlink" href="https://github.com/Knagis/CommonMark.NET">https://github.com/Knagis/CommonMark.NET</a>. It has some problems but can be used.

Thank you. I also found nmp plugins. I was wondering if there is a good framework/platform for producing API docs, how to documentation, and help files all together. Something like swagger on steroids.
