ngx-bootstrap doesn't support ar-eg locale. So, you need to map it to ar in https://github.com/aspnetzero/aspnet-zero-core/blob/dev/angular/src/assets/ngx-bootstrap/ngx-bootstrap-locale-mapping.service.ts.
