2019 Roadmap #6971

Hi,

Is it possible to get a roadmap for the rest of 2019, we have viewed the version here but additional info would be appreciated. We understand that it is subject to change based on priorities but it would be good to understand the current order of upcoming features.

    Hi @klir

    The main features we decided to implement for now is;

    • Upgrade to Metronic v6 (In progress)
    • Customizable dashboard system
    • Upgrade to .NET Core 3.0 (ASP.NET Core, EF Core etc.. as well)

    We will be focusing on improving the documentation and creating more articles and video tutorials about specific topics (like OpenId Connect via Azure, using KendoUI components etc...).

    What is the time frame for metronic 6? Weeks? Months??

    If we have created many of own pages, will many of the css styles used be very different?

    Hi @commondesk

    Probably it will take 2-3 weeks according to our estimation. The major changes are on the layout pages. There are several html structure changes in page contents (container html elements) but those can be handled easily since the content of the pages doesn't change much. But there are things like checkbox, radio are different than v5.x of Metronic.
