Chat past days data load issue on scroll #7889 | Support Center

Hi We have AspNetZero (Paid) Product version --> 4.0 Product type --> MVC Product framework type --> .net core

in chat window of user, it seems there is some issue with slimscroll , when we scroll it is doing multiple calls to server on one scroll. This seems to be happening more when we have reached end of scroll : http://prntscr.com/pn2clz

Please let us know if there is any solution for same or is it something related to slimscroll plugin?

Please share your _ChatBar.js file content.

I am curious why you continue to use 4.0? Instead of upgrading zero(v7 v8).
