we have a project in asp.net zero.. and the login and all processes are extreamly slow login can take about 30 sec upto a minute.. lookups.. are very slow .. what could that be ?

This is obviously not normal.
Is it still so slow when you debug your application locally? Or will it be so slow after deployment?
You can check the application's log first.
